Here at The Oak Hotel we understand that people’s requirements can differ massively, and therefore we offer bespoke packages to all of our customers, ensuring that you receive a tailored package that meets all of your conference needs.

This information is simply a guide to give an idea of the facilities we offer.

Room Hire: Minimum charge for up to 4 hours £100.00 (Per hour thereafter - £25.00)

Tea & Coffee: Per jug (serves 8-10) £10.00
Per jug with biscuits £12.00

Mineral Water: Prices vary according to bottle size

Fruit Juice: Per jug (serves approx 6) £5.00

Lunch: Lunch can be served direct to your meeting room, or you can enjoy a meal in our restaurant or one of our bars.
